Cleburne County Cares is offering scholarship for students interested in technical careers. Seniors who are interested can pick up an application at the CCC office or contact the guidance department.

New vape rule at HSHS: Any student caught on campus with vape/E-cig contraband will be written a ticket and given a court date. Currently, the HSHS Student handbook says the first offense will result in a warning ticket. The seriousness of this epidemic necessitates the change to a real ticket. HSHS is hosting a College Day Fair on Tuesday, October 8th from 1:40 - 3:30. Representatives from institutions across Arkansas and surrounding states will be in the gym complex for students to browse and ask questions.

will be at open house Aug. 8th, 5:30-7:30, to answer questions about concurrent course offerings, course registration, and tuition.
In regards to the previous message about immunizations, all exemption letters are due in the school nurses office prior to the first day of school.
Reminder to parents to make sure students are up to date on all immunizations before the school year begins. You can contact the local health department or your family physician to check the status of your child’s immunizations. If you have a child that turned 16 after September 1, 2018 they are due for an immunization.
